2023 Africa Smart and Sustainable Cities Investment Summit-Kigali
Rwanda is hosting the 2023 Africa Smart and Sustainable Cities Investment Summit in Kigali from 6th to 8th September 2023. The 3-day event is expected to attract a capacity of about 1000 delegates at the Kigali Convention Center.
Environmental sustainability and resilience, public-private sector partnerships and investment, infrastructure and connectivity, financing for smart cities, virtual cities, and many other important subjects will be covered at the summit. There will be roughly 25 sessions, 80 speakers, and 49 exhibitors.
The Common Wealth Heads of Governments Meeting (CHOGM) 2022 is among the latest significant international gatherings that Rwanda has hosted. This is consistent with the nation’s intention to diversify its revenue streams by promoting Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events’ unrealized potential.
